Formula 1 — UK Race Schedule & Where to Watch

Every session live on Sky F1, the British Grand Prix on Channel 4 — the UK F1 calendar at a glance.

TotalSportek lists official UK broadcasters only — Sky Sports, TNT Sports, Amazon Prime Video, BBC iPlayer, BBC Sport, ITVX, Channel 4, DAZN UK, Premier Sports, Sky Sports F1. We do not link to, embed or describe unauthorised streams.

Formula 1’s UK broadcast picture is the cleanest of the major sports calendars: a single live carrier, one free-to-air partner, and an official direct-to-consumer stream.

The 2025-26 UK broadcast split

Sky Sports F1 is the exclusive UK home of Formula 1, every practice session, qualifying, sprint, and race for all 24 rounds of the 2026 season airs live. The Sky F1 commentary team and the analysis programme The F1 Show anchor the schedule. Sky Sports F1 is available as part of the Sky Sports Complete bundle, or on a sport-only Now TV month pass.

Channel 4 holds the free-to-air partnership. Channel 4 carries qualifying highlights on Saturday evening and the British Grand Prix live and complete (the only round of the year shown free-to-air on UK television), plus full-race highlights of every Grand Prix Sunday evening or Monday.

F1 TV Pro is the official Formula 1 direct-to-consumer streaming service, available worldwide. It offers every onboard, every team radio, and all driver-specific camera feeds, a complementary product for the most committed viewer rather than a Sky replacement.

How to read a Grand Prix weekend

A standard Grand Prix weekend in the UK: Free practice live on Sky F1 Friday and Saturday; qualifying live on Sky F1 Saturday afternoon (with same-day highlights on Channel 4); the race live on Sky F1 Sunday afternoon (with same-day highlights on Channel 4 Sunday evening). Sprint weekends add a Saturday morning Sprint qualifying session and a Saturday afternoon Sprint race.

The 2026 calendar runs 24 rounds, opening in Bahrain in early March and closing in Abu Dhabi in late November.
