US soccer has consolidated quickly over the past four years. The MLS rights deal with Apple TV in 2023 was the most significant single move; the rest of the calendar, national teams, US Open Cup, Leagues Cup, NWSL, settled into a tighter map shortly after.
Apple TV carries every regular-season MLS match through the MLS Season Pass add-on. The Season Pass is $14.99 per month standalone or $12.99 per month for Apple TV+ subscribers; the base Apple TV+ service is $9.99 per month. The MLS Cup playoffs, the conference semifinals, and the MLS Cup final stream on Season Pass; selected playoff matches simulcast on FOX and FS1.
FOX Sports holds the English-language US rights to FIFA tournaments including the FIFA World Cup, FIFA Women’s World Cup, and the Confederations Cup, plus selected USMNT and USWNT friendlies and qualifiers. Telemundo holds the Spanish-language partner package for FIFA events.
Paramount+ carries the Liga MX, the Argentine Primera División, the Italian Serie A, NWSL playoffs, and the Concacaf Gold Cup. CBS Sports Network is the linear cable partner for selected Paramount+ matches.
NBC Peacock carries the Premier League in the United States, every Saturday and Sunday match streams on Peacock, with selected linear windows on NBC and USA Network.
ESPN and ESPN+ carry the La Liga US package, the Bundesliga, FA Cup, EFL Championship, USL Championship, and selected MLS playoff fixtures.
TUDN and Univision hold the Spanish-language UEFA Champions League rights.
The USMNT plays roughly 10 to 14 fixtures per calendar year across friendlies, Concacaf qualifying, the Nations League, and Gold Cup. The USWNT plays a similar volume across friendlies, the SheBelieves Cup, and major tournaments. Both teams air primarily on FOX Sports for English-language and Telemundo for Spanish-language coverage.
The two American men’s stars currently in Europe, Christian Pulisic and Yunus Musah, both play their club football for AC Milan in Serie A, not the Premier League. Pulisic moved from Chelsea to Milan in summer 2023; Musah joined from Valencia in summer 2024. CBS Sports Network carries selected Serie A fixtures in the United States; Paramount+ holds the digital rights to the league.
Other key American men in Europe: Tyler Adams at Bournemouth (Premier League), Weston McKennie and Timothy Weah at Juventus, Gio Reyna at Borussia Mönchengladbach (loan), and Folarin Balogun at Monaco.
The MLS All-Star Game vs Liga MX has been the league’s marquee mid-summer fixture since 2021, replacing the previous Major League Soccer-only all-star format. The 2026 edition airs on Apple TV (MLS Season Pass) with simulcast on FS1.
