TotalSportek publishes editorial about official sports broadcasters and the schedules they hold the rights to. We do not host video, audio or any copyrighted media beyond short quoted excerpts that fall within fair-use or fair-dealing for the purposes of criticism, review, and news reporting.
If you believe that material on this site infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a notification to [email protected] containing:
- Your full name and contact details.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The URL on this site where the alleged infringement appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will respond to compliant notifications within 48 hours. If the notification is valid, the material will be removed. We may also notify the person who posted the material so that a counter-notification can be filed.
Repeat infringers
In line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and the corresponding UK and EU copyright legislation, we maintain a policy of terminating editorial relationships with contributors who repeatedly infringe copyright.
Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with the same address. The counter-notification must include all the same elements as the original notification, plus a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
